The Mentorship Program in Investments and Entrepreneurship is an initiative developed within Romanian-American University, dedicated to students who want to gain a deeper understanding of investments, financial markets, entrepreneurship, and the development of a modern career in the economic and financial sectors.
Initially launched as a series of discussions and mentorship sessions for students passionate about finance and the stock market, the program has evolved into a long-term project built around the ideas of community, collaboration, and practical development.






What the Program Aims to Achieve
The purpose of this program is to provide students with access to:

Building a Community and a Business Incubator
Starting with the 2026–2027 academic year, the program will continue in an expanded format, with the objective of developing an active community of students and graduates interested in finance, investing, and entrepreneurship.
An important component of the project will be the development of a business and investment incubator, within which participants will be able to:

present their own ideas and projects;

receive feedback and practical mentorship;

collaborate with other participants;
-
take part in projects and initiatives developed within the community;

benefit from volunteer or internship opportunities within partner companies;

access, in certain cases, operational support or funding for high-potential projects.
The objective is to create an environment in which strong ideas can be developed in a professional manner and connected to real-world experience from the business and financial sectors.

The programme aims to contribute to the development of a new generation of professionals and entrepreneurs who understand both financial and investment mechanisms, as well as the real process of building and growing a business.
