What the Program Aims to Achieve

The purpose of this program is to provide students with access to:

The program aims to build an active community of young people interested in learning, collaborating, and developing projects with real-world impact.

During the mentorship sessions, topics such as the following are covered:

• finance and investments;

• capital markets and financial instruments;

• economics and macroeconomics;

• risk management;

• career development in the financial industry;

• entrepreneurship and business idea validation;

• productivity, discipline, and decision-making;

• building a competitive professional profile.

 

The discussions are practice-oriented and tailored to the participants’ interests, drawing both from real industry experience and from the students’ personal and professional goals.

Building a Community and a Business Incubator

Starting with the 2026–2027 academic year, the program will continue in an expanded format, with the objective of developing an active community of students and graduates interested in finance, investing, and entrepreneurship.
 

An important component of the project will be the development of a business and investment incubator, within which participants will be able to:

• present their own ideas and projects;

• receive feedback and practical mentorship;

• collaborate with other participants;

• take part in projects and initiatives developed within the community;

• benefit from volunteer or internship opportunities within partner companies;

• access, in certain cases, operational support or funding for high-potential projects.

 

The objective is to create an environment in which strong ideas can be developed in a professional manner and connected to real-world experience from the business and financial sectors.
